Customer and order service specialist

Your job would include daily e-mail shop activities:

• Customer consultation by phone and in writing;
  
• Taking orders by phone;
  
• Order e-mail in-store processing;
  
• Timely ordering of goods from suppliers;
  
• The receipt of goods;
  
• Packaging of goods;
  
• Working with the content management system;
  
• Translation of product descriptions from English;
  
• Working with accounting software;

• Excellent use of the Lithuanian language both orally and in writing;
  
• Good knowledge of English.
  
• Pleasant, helpful communication;
  
• Independence;
  
• Responsibility;
  
• Organization, time planning skills;
  
• Ability to easily understand and absorb information;
