CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION PROJECT MANAGER

Your main tasks will be:

• Prepare email e-mail and SMS message communication templates for customers and ensure that this communication reaches customers through the messaging system;
• Search email ways of automating the communication of mail and SMS messages to customers and implementing changes in order to ensure efficient and high-quality customer information;
• Analyze communication sending data and prepare reports of such data;
• Assess the impact of the quantity, quality and results of communication on the customer experience evaluation index (NPS);
• Implement changes related to improving the quality and communication of customer information and participate in projects and working groups related to the processes of sending information to customers and their improvement;
• Administer the information system for sending messages to customers;
• Prepare functional requirements for changes in the information system, perform testing and ensure correctness and appropriateness of implemented/improved functionalities.

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 2,275 and EUR 3,412 (excluding tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
