What will you do with us?
- consult clients by providing information and advice on issues by phone, chat and e-mail;
- solve various customer requests;
- cooperated with colleagues from other departments in solving non-standard situations.
The contact center works:
- on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
- no work on weekends and holidays.
What do we expect from you?
- you are communicative, responsible, you react quickly in critical situations;
- has experience working with customers (customer service by phone, call center);
- you are focused on the best customer experience;
- learn not only to listen, but also to hear the client and colleagues;
- you know the Lithuanian language, spelling and stylistics very well (this is necessary when communicating with clients in writing);
- pursue quantitative and qualitative goals;
- You are not balanced by constant communication with clients throughout the working day;
- have excellent working skills in MC Office basic programs.

Salary
1200-1550 €/mon. gross
7.14 €/hour, according to cumulative time accounting (avg. 1200-1550 €/month before taxes)
