CUSTOMER CONSULTING MANAGER

Contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem:

• Responding promptly, qualitatively and efficiently to business clients' inquiries/inquiries received by phone, e-mail. by mail, other e-mails channels / other e. means (internet chats, video calls, etc.);
• Preparing responses to letters and complaints from business clients, state institutions representing clients' interests, coordinating responses with interested parties (other departments);
• Consulting employees of other company departments and providing information related to the solution of business clients' questions;
• Creating additional value for business clients (sales) through all business client consulting channels.

• Good knowledge of client counseling principles, strong orientation towards high quality and result of client counseling;
• Experience in the field of creating value for the customer (sales);
• Communication, diligence, responsibility;
• Flexibility, ability to adapt to situational circumstances, search for new solutions;
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of the Lithuanian language, good English language skills.

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 1,597 and EUR 2,396 (excluding tax). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
