- UAB „Gurtam“
Your tasks
- External/internal client’s cooperation;
- Administrative and financial support for clients (invoices, payments, terms & conditions, contracts, etc.);
- Management of receivables (payments collection);
- Business correspondence with existing clients and leads (consulting clients on accounts receivables matters);
- Launching/blocking accounts, technical launch of new clients;;
- Control and revision of agreements, bills and invoices;
- Contribute to process improvement and process automation projects.
What we expect from our future colleague:
- Bachelor degree;
- English (Upper Intermediate) and Russian (Intermediate);
- Computer literacy (Internet/Email, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project);
- Previous experience with clients is required;
- Perfect communication skills;
- Business correspondence in English;
- Punctuality and sense of duty;
- Good writing skills;
- Attentiveness to details.
