Nature of work
- I will administer the accounts of our customers (various companies) on Amazon and other trading platforms: I will serve buyers (in writing), manage product shipments, solve problem situations;
- You will monitor the parameters of customer accounts and, if necessary, take steps to improve them;
- Communicate with our clients about account management issues that arise for them and you.
- You will help the company's employees to solve the IT problems that have arisen and consult on system usage issues.
Employee requirements
- Understanding the principles of operation of information systems;
- Higher/advanced education in the field of IT or exact sciences;
- Willingness to learn and improve, responsibility and independence;
- Excellent time planning skills and organization;
- Ability to work at an intense pace when needed;
- Ability to write SQL queries (would be a big advantage);
- Good English language skills (reading/understanding and writing);
- Ability to analyze numbers (MS Excel should be your friend, not your enemy).

- During the training period, we will be waiting for you in our Kaunas office, and after that - we will give you the opportunity to work comfortably from home, whenever you want.
