Join the creators of a curious and adventurous childhood - we are currently inviting a Customer Experience Manager to join our ambitious and warm relations Kotryna Group team for a fixed-term employment contract.

In this team you:

• I will organize proper customer service and solve non-standard situations in the contact centers of the Baltic countries;
  
• initiate improvement of customer service quality assurance tools/systems;
  
• I analyze the obtained results and prepare change plans;
  
• a culture of customer service and service provision focused on customer needs will develop.

From 2016 €/mon. gross
The salary depends on the candidate's work experience, available competences and ability to independently achieve the set goals, and therefore is combined with the selected candidate individually.
