While working in our team, you will have the following tasks:
- Ensuring and improving the high quality of customer service;
- Communication with clients on product quality assurance issues;
- Acceptance and examination of customer claims;
- Constant communication with colleagues in solving quality assurance issues;
- Working with the business management system NAVISION.
We believe that you would do best in this position if:
- You know customer service standards, you have customer service work experience;
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing materials, fittings - an advantage;
- You are not afraid to take responsibility and act independently;
- Has a higher or higher education (advantage - management, interior design, woodworking, furniture production);
