Customer service engineer/technician

In this position you will be responsible for:

installation, repair and maintenance of Miele appliances in accordance with Miele customer service standards;
Demonstration of technical expertise in service matters for the Miele product range;
Customer service at the "Miele" salon in Vilnius and when visiting customers' homes;
Sales of accessories, household appliances and other additional services during customer visits (an additional bonus is paid for good results).

So, if you:

Has a technical education (electrical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering);
Are you interested in the latest household and commercial appliances;
You have at least 1 year of successful experience working with electronics and repair;
Has excellent communication skills, professional and friendly communication;
You are able to analyze customer needs, quality customer service is especially important to you;
Fluent in Russian, English is an advantage;
You have a valid category B driver's license, you are a great candidate!
