Nature of work
- Communication with customers in the electronic space (registration of orders, execution, documentation);
- Organization and coordination of logistics;
- Other organizational work (database filling, communication with partners, preparation of documents for accounting).
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education;
- Good computer skills (MS Office) and receptiveness to new programs;
- English language. knowledge;
- Knowledge of logistics processes;
- Russian. knowledge is an advantage;
- Work experience in customer service is an advantage;
- Very good time planning and organization skills;
- Ability to react quickly to situations, attentiveness, flexibility, thoroughness, independence.
