- Organize activities for attracting new customers, i.e. i.e. calls, e-mail communication channels, etc., and accurately and competently advise existing and potential customers about basic and commercial services;
- Plan sales and communication actions and implement them;
- Receive and register customer complaints/applications and other documents, prepare and sign contracts and replies to customer letters in the supervised area.
- Formulate and distribute tasks to responsible employees of other services and departments;
- If necessary, organize meetings with population groups and advise on relevant issues;
- Prepare and submit reports of the prescribed form and periodicity;
- Solve non-standard situations in customer service activities.
We hope you
- You have successful experience in sales, management, marketing or administration;
- You have a customer-oriented approach/thinking, are able to make decisions, work independently and in a team, and have good work and time planning skills;
- You are creative, responsible and proactive, goal-oriented, able to look for non-standard solutions;
- You are able to manage complex situations, you have conflict management skills;
- You have a category B driver's license (advantage).
