Tasks and responsibilities
The goal is orderly Octoos customer documentation and high-quality services.
In this job, after extensive training, you will prepare standard documents for Octoos and our customers (eg contracts, orders, other operational documents); you will take care of the maintenance of ongoing projects, issue invoices, register incoming invoices, submit them to accounting. We also have several other interesting tasks, but we will talk about everything in detail during the meeting.

Expectations for your competence
We hope that you have a university degree and successful similar work experience in the field of customer service/project administration/accounting, you speak and write Lithuanian well, you feel confident communicating in English, you work with MS Office programs, you know how to write.
If you plan carefully, act responsibly, think logically, decide independently, communicate boldly, react positively and you can be trusted - we will be happy to get to know you.
We would consider your Russian language skills, education in the field of accounting and driver's license as advantages.
