Nature of work
Looking for clinic administrator(s) for the following functions:
- Customer service live in the clinic;
- Customer service by phone - confirmation of registration for a visit, answering important questions;
- Knowledge of the services provided in the clinic and their presentation;
- Work with pancreas;
- Working with the laboratory information system and other integrated systems;
- Management and administration of personal health histories;
- Cooperation with doctors and other healthcare professionals;
- Maintenance of clinic order.
Employee requirements
- Computer literacy;
- Experience working with cash registers;
- Pleasant communication with clients, understanding of work ethics;
- Excellent knowledge of the national language, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage;
- Responsibility and diligence.
