Narbutas International is currently looking for a Quality Engineer(s) in the Innovation and Technical Department, whose main goal is to identify and analyze problems in the company's production processes, with the aim of correcting them and preventing their recurrence in the future.

Main responsibilities and objectives:

Participate in the development, improvement and coordination of production activity processes;
Administer and manage customer claims, solve problems, ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
Actively cooperate and communicate with other company departments in solving quality issues;
Prepare quality control documentation, reports;
Perform internal audits in production.

For successful work you will need:

Higher education;
Analogous work experience in a manufacturing company (in the area of quality - an advantage);
Good planning skills;
Ability to systematize information, analyze it and look for alternative solutions;
Initiative, communication, flexibility, internal motivation, orientation towards continuous improvement of activities and improvement of results, teamwork.
