Vilnius - UAB „Baltic Ground Services“
We are looking for a proactive and compliance-oriented individual, preferably with experience in safety, quality and compliance. A good understanding of aircraft and passenger ground handling or skills and experience in a similar industry would be an advantage.

This position includes, but is not limited to:

  • Perform safety, quality and compliance control inspections;
  • Perform internal and external audits;
  • Carry out compliance checks of the company's clients and suppliers, supervision of anti-corruption and bribery, money laundering, fraud and violation reporting systems;
  • Ensure the implementation of the company's internal compliance processes;
  • Communication with customers and suppliers on safety, quality and compliance issues;
  • Preparation and management of the company's quality and safety indicators;
  • Investigate and report on incidents and provide preventive recommendations to prevent their recurrence;
  • Support, promotion and implementation of the safety system;
  • Investigating security incidents;
  • Carry out risk assessments.

The following skills and experience are required to be successful in this role:

  • Knowledge of English, not lower than B2 level;
  • Knowledge of MS365 systems;
  • Experience in safety, quality and compliance processes;
  • Motivation, responsibility, thoroughness, analytical thinking, demandingness towards oneself and others;
  • Good administrative, time management and organizational skills.

Desired skills:

  • Higher Education;
  • Knowledge of risk management procedures;
  • Safety reporting experience;
  • Understanding of general safety and quality policies and procedures;
  • Understanding of aircraft and passenger ground handling or experience in a similar aviation industry.
