Nature of work

  • Support, management, improvement and maintenance of management systems and processes according to ISO 9001, ISO 22000.
  • Auditing of the company's internal processes and procedures.
  • Analysis of internal discrepancies, enforcement of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensuring the quality and safety of products in all chains - from receiving the raw material to presenting it to the consumer.
  • Define, analyze and curate your department's performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide recommendations for improving operations, advise company employees on process management and ISO standards.

Employee requirements

  • Higher education (in chemistry, technology and/or engineering).
  • At least 2 years experience in quality and/or laboratory management.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards.
  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
