BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Construction and improvement of the production internal production control system;
Analysis of production quality indicators, prevention of discrepancies and its management;
Improving the performance of the group's test laboratories;
Application of the requirements of the manufactured products and the field of their use, when supplying the products in the market;
Activities in working groups, preparation of production requirements and application documents, monitoring of valid regulations and legal acts;
Development of the field of use of manufactured products, creation and development of new products.

REQUIREMENTS:
Higher technical university education;
At least 3 years of experience with the development of new and existing products, management of quality control systems;
practical application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other quality management standards in activities;
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent team management skills;
Good English language skills.

"Milsa" group of companies is more than 60 years of experience in the production of granite and dolomite crushed stone. The group of companies includes AB "Klovainių" skald (whose main activity is mining of dolomite in the Klovainių deposit and production of crushed stone) and two granite crushed stone factories: UAB "Granitas" in Kaunas and UAB "Granitinė skalda" in Vilnius. We are currently looking for team reinforcement in Kaunas.
