Responsibilities and functions:
- DNA quality control - restriction analysis, sequencing;
- Protein quality control - SDS-PAGE, CE-SDS, HPLC, endotoxin determination, LCMS;
- Planning and performing and describing experiments in the laboratory;
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment;
- Orders for materials and tools;
- Preparation and filling of documentation;
- Data analysis and technology improvement;
- Initiating and documenting process changes.
Qualification requirements / Education / Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, experience in a DNA or protein quality control laboratory is an advantage.
- Higher university education in natural sciences (biochemistry/molecular biology/bioengineering/biotechnology sciences). Bachelor/ Master.
- Knowledge of biotechnological processes;
- Knowledge of DNA and protein properties and analysis methods used in biotechnology;
- Knowledge of the principles of equipment use and maintenance;
- Good English. knowledge;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Ability to independently prepare reports and technical documentation;
- Analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team and the desire to improve;
- Diligence, attention to details, responsibility, organization.
