Quality Control Specialist - (è)

Purpose of the position

A quality control specialist performs quality control of products manufactured in accordance with GGP. The quality control specialist is directly related to the activities performed in accordance with GGP requirements in aseptic production. The quality control specialist replaces the manager. Quality control specialist on vacation, illness, business trips, etc. cases.

Responsibilities and functions

1. Prepares, updates, checks quality control documents based on ISO 13485 and GGP requirements.
2. Ensures timely and consistent quality control of products manufactured in accordance with GGP requirements:

• Checks the quality of products.
  
• Evaluates quality test results.
  
• Responds to and ensures timely transmission of product quality test data.
  

3. Ensures and is responsible for proper documentation preparation, completion and control:

• Checks and coordinates quality tests and product technical documentation.
  
• Ensures and is responsible for the preparation of quality certificates for products.
  

4. Enters data into the accounting system correctly and on time.
5. Coordinates and conducts product stability studies according to approved programs, prepares reports.
6. Ensures confidentiality of information learned during work.
7. Immediately informs the direct manager of all non-standard situations related to direct functions.
8. Makes proposals related to the improvement of the performed functions and the activities of the department.
9. Follows the rules, procedures, etc. of the Company's work procedure. requirements stipulated in internal documents, written and verbal instructions of the Company's general director and direct managers. If he is unable to carry out the instructions, he immediately informs his superiors.

Qualification requirements

• Higher university education in biology/chemistry/biochemistry (master's degree preferred).
  
• Laboratory work experience.
  
• Knowledge and understanding of methods used for quality tests.
  
• Knowledge of the properties of protein products (advantage).
  
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  
• Excellent command of the Lithuanian language and communication skills.
