Employee requirements
- higher education in management or engineering (quality management is an advantage);
- English language. knowledge;
- knowledge of production technologies, understanding of drawings;
- knowledge of quality management methodologies (Lean, TOC, Agile);
- analytical thinking abilities, initiative, problem solving skills;
- excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to present information clearly.
