Nature of work
- Creation, implementation, maintenance of quality management processes in the factory, ensuring quality standards;
- Development, implementation, application of good quality practices in production and continuous improvement of processes in order to reduce potential inconsistencies/defects;
- Quality control of the received raw materials and finished products in all production processes;
- Preparation, revision and updating of quality documents;
- Implementation and maintenance of standards;
- Counseling and training of employees in matters of quality assurance and support.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education. Advantage - quality management studies;
- Work experience in the field of quality management is required. Advantage - work experience in a metal products company;
- Independence and courage in implementing quality management practices in the organization;
- Good computer skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Communication, initiative, organizational skills, ability to manage changes and work in a team.
