Nature of work
- Analyze the legislation governing the implementation and application of standards (ISO, GDP, HSES SQAS) and ensure the implementation and control of their requirements
- Prepare, maintain and improve company documents and procedures regulating internal processes related to applied and implemented standards
- Organize and carry out internal audits, risk assessments, change management, prepare reports and related documentation with maintenance and implementation of standards
- Ensure preparation and represent the company during external audits
- Be responsible for non-conformance management, completion of CAPA reports
- Ensure employee training and consulting on QMS and environmental issues
- Make suggestions regarding the improvement of quality, environmental protection, health, safety, security and ongoing activities
Employee requirements
- Higher university education (quality management, project management, environmental protection)
- Successful work experience in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System
- Possession of ISO 9001 internal auditor certification is considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and international standards and the ability to effectively apply them in the company's activities
- The ability to smoothly independently organize work, manage projects and analyze and systematize information
- Knowledge of English (B2 and higher level)
