IN THIS POSITION YOU:

• organize and coordinate the daily activities of the quality control department
  
• you will develop employees of the quality control department
  
• improve and document quality control processes
  
• solve internal and external discrepancies and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  
• you will ensure the implementation of the requirements of the integrated management system (IVS) according to the requirements of LST EN ISO 9001, LTS EN ISO 13485, LST EN ISO 14001, LST EN ISO 45001 and LST EN ISO 27001 standards
  
• represented the company in external audits
  
• you will conduct internal audits
  
• you will analyze the quality indicators and make suggestions to your manager on how to improve them
  
• prepares activity reports of the quality control department
  

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• higher education and at least 2 years of similar managerial work experience in a manufacturing company
  
• knowledge of quality control and assurance tools and the ability to apply them in practice (FMEA, control plans, problem solving 8D, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
  
• ability to systematize and analyze data
  
• Knowledge of LST EN ISO 9001/13485/14001/45001 standards
  
• experience in the field of LEAN production management
  
• English language knowledge (speaking and writing – B2 level and above)
  
• communication, ability to think strategically and effective management of one's time resources
  

OUR OFFER

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that is commensurate with skills and expertise. The salary in this position ranges from 20 EUR/hour. up to 24 EUR/hour (~3360 Eur - 4030 Eur) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence, with the possibility of receiving bonuses.
