What will your working day look like?
- You will maintain and improve the company's quality management systems, including feed and treat packaging processes and their materials.
- You will ensure compliance with environmental standards, especially in the field of waste management.
- I control the functioning quality processes, ensuring their compliance with the standards and procedures established by the company.
- You will update management systems documentation in response to process changes.
- You will perform quality audits, make proposals for improving the quality of processes, activities and products.
- You will implement improvements related to production facilities and environmental care processes.
- I organize scheduled and additional internal training for employees on food safety and non-compliance management topics.
It is necessary for successful work
- At least one year of experience in quality control.
- Higher education in quality management, technology, veterinary food safety, etc. in the field.
- Critical thinking, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to analyze and summarize.
- Understanding of LEAN methodology.
- Knowledge of requirements of ISO, HACCP, BRC, IFS quality standards is an advantage.
- Good oral and written English skills (Russian is an advantage).
