Nature of work:
- Prepare specifications of raw materials, products, production processes, provide improvement proposals;
- ensure the control of the implementation of the food safety and quality system;
- solve the quality problems that have arisen and coordinate the implementation of actions;
- participate in the installation of new devices, systems/programs, improvement of recipes, ensure their successful implementation, participate in risk assessments;
- prepare work instructions for employees, organize training.
We hope you:
- Has a higher education (in the field of food safety and quality, medicine, veterinary medicine or food technology);
- you are familiar with the requirements of food safety and quality standards BRC or IFS;
- has communication, problem solving, standards support, computer literacy skills;
- knowledge of English is an advantage.
