We are looking for a new team member - Quality Assurance Manager(s)!
Your responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the development, implementation and operation of management system processes in accordance with the requirements of the applicable standards;
- Ensure the integrity of the management system, identify deviations from the established requirements and take measures to eliminate deviations;
- Ensure the proper implementation of the requirements of legal acts and regulatory documents and their changes;
- Identify and assess risks related to the company's activities, plan actions for risk management and integration of these actions into the management system;
- To participate in the process of examining submitted complaints;
- Plan and carry out internal audits, analyze the causes of found non-conformities, plan and control corrective actions and evaluate their effectiveness;
- Plan and apply measures to ensure reliability of results;
- To cooperate with the authorities controlling the company, to provide the necessary documentation;
- Represent the company during external audits/other inspections.
We hope you:
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of quality management;
- You have a university education;
- You have an internal auditor qualification certificate (advantage);
- You know the principles of quality management according to the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and their practical application;
- You know the main requirements of the ISO/IEC 17000 series of standards (ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17043, etc.) applied to conformity assessment bodies (advantage);
- You know the normative documents applicable in the activity of the conformity assessment institution, the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU;
- You are able to manage, accumulate, systematize and summarize information;
- You are able to independently plan, organize activities, choose work methods;
- You speak Lithuanian and English well;
- You have excellent computer literacy ((MS Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
- You are no stranger to responsibility, initiative and a positive attitude.
