Nature of work
- Lead the Quality Department team;
- Analyze quality processes, inconsistencies and their causes, make proposals for improving processes and procedures;
- Initiate, develop and implement quality systems that improve the quality control process;
- Organize and represent the company in internal and external audits;
- Manage production discrepancies (suppliers, production and customers), systematize them and look for possible solutions;
- Regularly prepare and present department performance reports to the company's management;
- Lead the team in matters related to veterinary requirements.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (feed/food technology, food safety, etc.);
- Similar work experience in a manufacturing company;
- You have a good command of English (speaking and writing), knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate, plan and organize tasks.
