Nature of work
- Effective work planning and organization of the quality department team.
- Ensuring and improving the quality system of raw materials, intermediate and final manufactured products.
- Systematization and analysis of problems related to the quality of raw materials and products, and the search for and implementation of possible solutions.
- Preparation and management of quality and technical documentation.
- Controlling the development and introduction of new products into production, participation in the preparation of new product projects and technical documentation.
- Investigation of non-conformities, preparation of preventive plans and non-conformity management control.
- Participation in process optimization, application of Lean and 5S.
- Management and implementation of external and internal audits.
- Participation in the analysis of possible errors and their consequences (FMEA).
Employee requirements
- Excellent leadership and strategy development and management skills.
- Very good communication and cooperation skills, orientation to the result.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Responsibility, diligence, initiative and ability to analyze.
- Problem/conflict resolution.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality management and leadership.
- Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9001 (mandatory) and IATF (would be an advantage)).
- Basics in engineering.
- Computer literacy.
- Etiquette when communicating by phone or e-mail.
- Good knowledge of English (writing and speaking).
- LEAN and 5S (would be an advantage).
