Nature of work:
- Implementation of the quality management policy in the company, support, assurance of quality standards;
- Ensuring the operation of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the IFS Food standard;
- Implementation of good manufacturing practices and continuous improvement of processes in order to reduce potential errors;
- Production control of received raw materials and finished products in all production processes;
- Initiation, performance and analysis of laboratory tests;
- Management of acts of non-conformity, evaluation and control of the effectiveness of adopted corrective actions;
- Organization, coordination, representation of the company and their performance of internal and external audits;
- Representation of the company's interests during external inspections (VMVT, VšĮ Ekoagros, NTAKD, LMI);
- Preparation, review and updating of documents;
- To create and spread a quality culture in the organization, where all employees understand their role in ensuring quality, actively contribute to the improvement of processes and strive for the highest results.
Employee requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in the field of food industry - food safety, food chemistry, food technology, etc.);
- Required work experience in the field of food industry quality management;
- Experience in maintaining/coordinating IFS Food, HACCP, BRC standards;
- Good computer skills;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian;
- Communication, organizational skills, quick orientation, ability to manage changes, work in a team, initiative, responsibility, diligence, initiative.
