- Develop, improve, digitize, evaluate, administer and control the quality management system ISO 9001;
- Implement, manage and optimize the company's operational processes in order to ensure business and strategic needs;
- Ensure compliance of materials used in production, production process and manufactured products with quality standards;
- Manage internal control systems, inconsistencies and risk factors, prepare conclusions and proposals;
- Organization, coordination, company representation of internal and external audits;
- Represent the company's interests in quality matters when communicating with customers and suppliers;
- Work in a team with a remote production unit;
- To form, develop, train and motivate the quality team;
- To be interested in quality management innovations and to submit proposals for their application in the company;
- Advise colleagues on process management and quality issues.
Your competences and experience:
- Higher education (in the field of clothing engineering/sewing/textiles - an advantage);
- At least 3 years of experience as a quality manager in a manufacturing company (in the sewing/textile industry - an advantage);
- Knowledge and practical application of ISO quality standards;
- Knowledge of business processes, production process;
- Successful work experience with operational process management, knowledge of methodologies;
- You can communicate freely orally and in writing in English and Russian;
- Logical thinking, excellent communication and communication skills, leadership and organizational skills, initiative and a desire to grow and improve.
