The task of the quality manager is to ensure that the highest quality standards are implemented in all areas of the company's activities, that laws and regulations are consistently followed, that customers receive reliable, safe and high-quality products and services, and that business activities are continuously improved in order to achieve long-term success and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop the quality management systems of the KIKA group of companies, covering the areas of Production, Network, Breeding, Storage and constantly improve the performance of these management systems.
- To create an autonomous quality process control algorithm, creating standards, describing processes and preparing responsible persons to control the quality of their function.
- Taking into account the future goals of the business, formulate the long-term vision of the Quality function and draw up a clear action plan for its implementation.
- Carry out systematic quality audit activities and submit proposals on how to improve the quality of processes, activities, products and ensure their implementation.
- Ensure timely certification and compliance with certification standards (ISO, HACCP, BRC).
- Initiate internal training on quality management and improvement issues for company employees.
For successful work you will need:
- At least 5 years of managerial work experience in the field of quality management.
- Experience in managing a team, formulating its goals, developing its competencies and empowering its strengths.
- Higher education in management, quality management, technology, veterinary food safety, etc. in the field.
- Systematic thinking with a strong result orientation.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
- Ability to analyze, summarize and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of LEAN methodology.
- Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, BRC, IFS quality standards requirements is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (Russian is an advantage).
