Higher engineering education;
Reading drawings;
Knowledge of LEAN methods (5S, etc.);
Preparation of 8D reports of external defects (5 Why, Fishbone methods);
Knowledge of production processes and their analysis (Continuous improvement plan);
Knowledge of PFMEA and APQP tools (advantage);
Similar work experience (advantage);
Good oral and written knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
Computer skills;
Diligence and attention;
Good organizational skills;
Independence and responsibility.
