Carry out quality control of raw materials
Ensure compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms in the production process
Organize the preparation and supervision of HACCP programs
Ensure control of implementation of quality, hygiene and HACCP requirements
Implement BRC, IFS standards
Organize employee hygiene and food safety training
Administer claims, prepare responses to applicants
Organize internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms in the production process

The job requires personal qualities and skills
Higher Education
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of quality management in the food industry
Knowledge of HACCP program requirements
Knowledge of quality management assurance standards (ISO, BRC, IFS) and experience in their implementation
Good computer skills
Knowledge of English and Russian languages
Demand for self and others
Orientation towards continuous improvement of activities and improvement of results
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of quality management in the food industry
Knowledge of HACCP program requirements
Knowledge of quality management assurance standards (ISO, BRC, IFS) and experience in their implementation
