Nature of work
- Improvement, performance assurance and control, policy formulation and implementation of the quality system of the metal division
- Participation in internal audits and evaluation of suppliers. Preparation and transmission of quality information to clients
- Ensuring quality processes in entry control; in production processes; in intermediate control; in final control
- Qualitative analysis of a new product, preparation of inspection documentation, familiarization and training of responsible employees
- Maintenance of existing product quality standards, updating as needed. Inspection of products according to a sample, filling out inspection documents, analysis of the cause of non-conformities and determination of actions
- Communication with customers and suppliers on quality issues, claims resolution and writing
Employee requirements
- Engineering education and at least 1 year of experience working in a metal company would be an advantage
- Knowledge of quality management system standards or experience in their implementation (ISO9001; ISO14001; ISO1090 an advantage)
- Knowledge of metalworking processes such as laser cutting, plasma, bending with CNC machines or welding processes
- Strategic thinking, creativity, initiative, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions;
