We are growing and we are currently inviting a QUALITY MANAGER to join the team, to organize the work and ensure the quality and standards of the cleaning services provided.

We are growing and we are currently inviting a QUALITY MANAGER to join the team, to organize the work and ensure the quality and standards of the cleaning services provided.
Every day we will trust you:
- supervision of assigned facilities (organization of cleaning work, selection/ordering of necessary measures, quality assurance of work performance, performance of periodic control);
- organization and supervision of the work of the cleaning team (making work schedules, forming a team of cleaners, training);
- communication with customers when organizing, performing work, solving current issues of cleaning the premises;
- timely filling in of information, bringing it into the system.
We hope you:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in cleaning/maintenance of premises;
- you have work experience in leading a team;
- you have excellent communication skills - you get along with different people, effectively manage stressful and conflict situations;
- you have excellent organizational skills - you are able to set priorities, make decisions independently, you do not get lost in a changing, dynamic environment;
- you have a driver's license;
- you can't imagine yourself sitting at the computer all day and are looking for a mobile, dynamic job.
We will give you priority if:
- you have experience working with BSS IT/Stekas systems.

Salary
1100-1500 €/mon. net
Salary consists of: basic and variable parts
The basic part is a fixed part of the salary.
