In February 2024, UAB Lemuse LT was purchased from the founders by the investment company UAB AT Hold, with the aim of raising the company's global sales to new heights. Therefore, we are expanding our team and are looking for energetic and strong specialists.
What we look for and why:
We invite an enterprising, responsible quality manager with strong organizational skills to join the rapidly growing dynamic and innovative team, whose main task is to grow the company's established quality indicators.
We will consider those candidates who can start working immediately.
What to do:
Check the set quality parameters, e.g. order fulfillment speed, product return rate or similar;
Analyze quality influencing processes, discrepancies and their causes;
Initiate the change of the company's processes (or unilaterally change them, create them), which influence the improvement of the company's quality indicators.
Train employees in established procedures, check their qualifications if they are a decisive quality factor;
Set rules for how IT or sales processes should work, if they influence quality;
Check and make sure that the changed processes really improved the quality;
Investigate and constructively resolve customer claims in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
Organize both personal and systematic customer surveys and summarize the information obtained in order to further improve product quality and service processes.
