What are the main responsibilities:
- Communicate with the State Food and Veterinary Service;
- Represent the company in client and other external audits and inspections;
- Ensure the implementation of the quality indicators set for the manufactured products; Solving quality problems, submitting claims to suppliers and accounting;
- Preparation of the specifications of the manufactured products for the internal market and export;
- Carry out and organize internal evaluations of the quality of manufactured products. Carry out systematization and summarization of information. Prepare reports;
- Organize a systematic employee training process;
- Knowledge of HACCP requirements and maintenance and improvement of procedures;
- Hygienic inspection performance;
- Planning and execution of internal audits. Establishing food safety goals and plan;
- Preparation of product labeling information;
- Set personal goals and develop them;
We expect from you:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Work experience in the field of food technology and production and as a technologist or quality manager (at least 2 years);
- Education - food technologist, quality manager;
- Organizational abilities and communication skills;
- Accuracy, receptivity to new information and quick orientation;
- Logical analytical thinking;
- Universality, speed, ability to adapt to changes;
- Ability to solve work problems quickly and independently;
- Good computer skills (working with the Navision business management program would be an advantage);
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IFS, BRC standards and work experience would be an advantage;
