Nature of work
- preparation and updating of integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) documentation and documents regulating internal activities;
- organization, execution of internal audits of the integrated management system and control over the implementation of corrections and corrective actions in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO standards;
- analysis and improvement of business processes, in cooperation with process owners and process participants;
- documentation of processes (drawing algorithms and helping departments in describing processes);
- participation in the implementation of internal projects and initiatives;
- management of non-compliance system;
- conducting internal trainings, consulting the company's departments.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has obtained a university education (in economics, business, quality management or related fields);
- has at least 1 year of work experience in organizing and conducting management system audits in accordance with the requirements of ISO standards;
- has obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 internal auditor certificate;
- has business process modeling and documentation, clerical knowledge;
- has working experience with MS Office, MS Visio or other process modeling tools;
- has analytical and logical thinking, is able to systematize and summarize information;
- has excellent activity planning, time management, communication and cooperation skills;
- have a category B driver's license and driving experience.
