Teamwork is important to Espersen Lietuva - we are looking for someone who would like to contribute as a leader, leading the Raw Materials Preparation Team forward!
Your responsibilities as team leader(s):
- Your main task will be to ensure that all employees in your team comply with work safety rules and established processes, releasing production and performing other tasks;
- You will ensure that production and preparation are carried out in compliance with food safety and quality requirements;
- You will check the raw materials and products according to the established instructions and inform the responsible persons about non-compliance with the standards.
Our team expects from you:
- You know ways to communicate with the team and create the right environment at work;
- You know how to drive a forklift, or you are ready to learn;
- Has computer skills;
- Russian language is an advantage;
- Has experience in operating an overhead crane in production - an advantage.
We will offer you:
- Work schedule of 8 working hours: morning week 06:00-14:30 and afternoon week 14:30-23:00, from Sunday to Thursday (Friday; Saturday - free);
