We invite to join the head of the Sales team, who will be responsible for the sales teams of private customers in Vilnius. Customer satisfaction and company results will depend on you and the team you lead. You will be responsible for team development, good atmosphere and sales results.

WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:

  • Work with an active sales team, take care of its education, motivation, provide feedback, train newcomers;
  • Ensure smooth operation of salons, customer service and sales processes;
  • Help the team and together achieve set sales and customer satisfaction goals;
  • Cooperate with other company teams ensuring proper communication and implementing joint projects;
  • Analyze performance indicators, provide suggestions and insights for improving results.

  • Has experience of leading a team of at least 5 people, able to motivate to achieve goals;
  • You have active sales and/or customer service experience, you like it and are good at it;
  • Characterized by initiative, independence, analytical skills;
  • Has a driver's license and own car.
