Narbutas International is currently looking for a Team Leader for the Production Reserve Department, whose main goal is to organize the work of the team, improve operations, ensure the efficiency of operations and the safety and health of employees.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Form and develop an efficient and successful team, plan and coordinate its work;
- Ensure smooth cooperation with other departments;
- Ensure the availability of all necessary work safety measures for proper team work;
- Track and analyze team indicators, systematize and share information;
- Conduct introductory and periodic training (DSS and loaders);
- Participate in the personnel selection process by identifying the most suitable candidates.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Higher education;
- Successful experience in a manufacturing company (in the field of furniture/wood industry - an advantage);
- Excellent cooperation skills;
- Analytical, organized, independent;
- Orientations towards the team's result and safe and quality work.
