The warehouse team is currently looking for a team leader(s) in the materials warehouse, whose main focus is to organize, improve the operations of the warehouse team, ensure the efficiency of operations and the safety and health of workers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
- Organize the smooth and efficient activities of shift workers (organization of work, delegation of tasks, efficiency initiatives, control of work time accounting, etc.);
- Form a team and motivate and develop it;
- Analyze the causes of defects and take steps to eliminate them;
- Ensure compliance with work safety and health, fire safety requirements, conduct periodic training.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of good practices and methods;
- Excellent cooperation skills;
- Analytical, organized, active, independent, involved;
- Ability to see the shortcomings of work organization, to systematically remove them by setting goals;
- Orientations towards the team's result and safe and quality work.
