Your future activities:
- Ensuring compliance with the work order and rules of discipline and conduct of employees.
- Organization, supervision and prevention of employee sobriety control.
- Ensuring smooth rotation of employees (trust/ see-off).
- Distribution of residences and provision of necessary equipment.
- Assistance to employees on secondment in solving issues related to accommodation and travel to/from the workplace.
- Maintenance and control of vehicles during business trips (fuel, repairs).
- Constant communication with production, personnel, purchasing and supply departments, project managers and foremen.
We hope you:
- Has the opportunity to work on a business trip basis.
- Has similar or analogous work experience.
- You can use MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Has a category B driver's license.
- You have a good knowledge of the rules of occupational safety and health, fire safety, environmental protection - a big advantage.
- You are able to work independently, solve problems and manage stressful situations.
- You speak Russian, English (other languages would be a great advantage).
