Our client is UAB SVYDIS, which carries out wholesale trade and provides professional painting solutions, quality equipment and materials for the transport and industrial sectors. The company operates in the 5 most important markets - Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Currently, the company is inviting an experienced Commercial manager to join to be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of one of the four most important departments - commercial.
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
Your goal will be to develop and implement system solutions and find strategies that will help ensure the fulfillment of purchasing and sales goals at the group level.
MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Together with a team under you, which consists of 8 people: brand, export, marketing managers and a technologist, you will be responsible for increasing B2B sales in 5 markets by providing sales teams with significant information and constantly searching for new supply channels and opportunities. You will have colleagues from Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan as functional subordinates.
- Coordinate the work of subordinate colleagues, ensure their results and provide all the tools necessary to achieve their results;
- Participate in negotiations with key suppliers from Germany and other European countries and delegate work to teams.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher education (in the field of management, technology, engineering or similar);
- You have successfully managed the sales/commercial department, in a strategic position, in a technical trading company (work experience with CIS countries is an advantage);
- You were responsible for creating and developing brand strategy;
- You can boast of excellent cooperation and negotiation skills;
- You know Russian and English at a level not lower than B2 (required for communication with colleagues in Latvia and other markets).
