TASKS:

  • Representation of clients in the sale/purchase/rental of commercial real estate;
  • Search and delivery of commercial real estate objects to clients;
  • Finding business customers and analyzing their needs;
  • Client consulting and representation in negotiations;
  • Preparation of commercial offers;
  • Maintaining relations with regular customers and finding new customers;
  • Constant monitoring and analysis of the real estate market.

Employee requirements

  • Higher Education;
  • Experience in sales or customer service;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Responsibility, internal discipline, orientation to the result;
  • Ability to communicate and create long-term relationships with clients;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Representative appearance and ethical behavior;
  • Driver's license and car;
  • Experience in mediation/NT is an advantage.
