IF YOU ARE CARRIED
- Search for operators and conduct negotiations with potential clients;
- Coordinate the conclusion of commercial contracts and their administration;
- Maintain relations with tenants;
- Ensure overall communication, problem solving and synergy between building owners/tenants.
ALSO IF YOU
- Has a university/higher education (business - management would be an advantage);
- Has at least two years of work experience in the field of real estate;
- Has experience in commercial real estate (buildings, premises and plots of land) sale, lease and development projects;
- Has experience in B2B and B2C communication management;
- Has a broad approach to himself, people and work;
- You are a creative, persistent, brave and friendly person;
- Has a driver's license, own car.
