We are a proactive and customer-oriented team of professionals who, when providing commercial and public building maintenance services, strive for maximum benefit and efficiency for the customer. We are inviting a commercial building maintenance manager to join our energetic and professional team.
What interesting tasks would you expect in this position?
- You will actively communicate and maintain relations with the company's existing B2B clients in the Vilnius region;
- I organize the service work of building and engineering systems contractors and technicians;
- I control their performance deadlines and quality;
- Identify customer needs and adapt according to their type;
- Prepares various reports;
- I participated in improving existing processes related to customer service.
What would we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education (engineering education would be a great advantage);
- Excellent communication skills and sincere care for our customers;
- You are able to maintain and nurture a good relationship with clients and partners;
- Organizational, time planning and negotiation skills;
- Understanding the working principles of engineering systems;
- You are actively interested in and understand solutions for building engineering systems, their management and maintenance;
- Driver's license.
