Hegelmann Transport invites a Competence Development Specialist to join the team!
Nature of work:
- Coordinating the process of transfer of training materials;
- Assignment of relevant trainings for the employee, systematization of results, analysis, administration;
- Cooperation with heads of departments, helping to prepare relevant training materials;
- Improving the learning process of employees;
- Involvement in the activities of the personnel department in the implementation of personnel management or administration projects.
Requirements:
- Work experience in planning, organizing and implementing training;
- The ability to administer the training platform Moodle - a big advantage;
- Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Organization, communication, initiative, creativity, ability to work individually and in a team.
