Nature of work:
- Maintenance, updating, modernization of computer workstations and mobile devices;
- Ensuring and controlling security requirements and risk mitigation measures;
- Software maintenance, support, updating, configuration;
- Provision of qualified IT assistance to internal users on technical or software usage issues;
- Second-level problem solving within competence limits and consultations;
- Software and hardware selection.
Employee requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of IT equipment, infrastructure, network technologies and Microsoft Windows OS;
- Higher/higher education in the field of information technology;
- Experience in IT equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting;
- Responsibility, promptness, honesty;
- Team work experience and good communication skills;
- Driver's license.
We will consider it an additional advantage:
- More than 2 years of work experience in IT equipment maintenance or related field;
- experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows Server, network administration;
- Certificates confirming competences and professionalism.
