The IT infrastructure team of "Narbutas International" is currently looking for a computer workstation maintenance engineer who will help colleagues use the available IT equipment efficiently and advise on issues that arise.
The IT infrastructure team of "Narbutas International" is currently looking for a computer workstation maintenance engineer who will help colleagues use the available IT equipment efficiently and advise on issues that arise.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of computer and software, organizational equipment;
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of technological equipment (IT part);
- Preparation and configuration of mobile equipment;
- Consultations and technical assistance for the company's IT users;
- Communicating with third parties on troubleshooting issues;
- IT incident management;
- Accumulation, preparation and updating of administrative documentation (knowledge base) required for the provision of services based on technical knowledge and good practices;
- Participation in the activities of ongoing projects or changes as needed, providing consultations within the limits of one's competence and responsibility.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Knowledge of IT hardware structure;
- Technological equipment maintenance experience;
- Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11) administration, installation and maintenance experience;
- Successful work experience in the field of IT (at least 1 year);
- Mobile device maintenance experience;
- category B driver's license;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Communication, responsibility, quick reaction, ability to consult and work in a team;
- Willingness to learn new things and share knowledge with team members;
- Good English. knowledge (level B2).
